A practice you join. Not one you build alone.
For licensed therapists who want more than a caseload — mentorship, consultation, and a thoughtfully built virtual clinic.
We believe good therapy grows in supportive systems, not in isolation.
I've spent nearly two decades sitting across from couples and individuals who thought their relationships were too far gone to save — and watching the smallest, most intentional shifts open doors they thought were permanently shut.
Along the way, I built a practice, wrote two books, trained directly with Dr. Sue Johnson on Emotionally Focused Therapy, and learned what it actually takes to do this work well over a career — not just a few good years. What I kept noticing, especially in conversations with newer therapists, was how much of their stress had nothing to do with their clinical skill and everything to do with isolation: no one to consult with on a hard couples case, no infrastructure, no real path to grow into the therapist they wanted to become.
So we built Integrated Wellness as a virtual clinic for therapists who want something different. The bar to enter this profession is changing. The need for skilled, well-supported clinicians is rising. This clinic exists in that gap — small, deliberate, and built around the kind of mentorship and consultation I'd have wanted earlier in my own career.
If what you read on this page resonates, I'd love to hear from you. Whether or not we end up working together, I hope the conversation alone is useful.
Dr. Tracy's PhD research was conducted with couples and Emotionally Focused Therapy with Dr. Sue Johnson. She trained extensively with Dr. Johnson and contributed to published academic journal articles and textbooks on attachment and EFT.
Here is what is actually included — what the structure is, who you talk to, and what we cover so you can focus on the clinical work.
Bi-weekly group consultation with Dr. Tracy. Quarterly consultation with senior clinicians on the team. Specialty consults when you need them. A team Slack for the questions that don't wait two weeks.
Jane EMR is set up and running, with our clinical documentation templates ready for you to adapt. Billing flows through our website. Payouts to you weekly or bi-weekly.
Dr. Tracy reaches a national audience through her books, podcast, and appearances on platforms like the New York Times and NBC. We don't guarantee caseloads, but the pipeline is real and steady.
For therapists who want to grow a public voice, Dr. Tracy's expertise in social media and ethical visibility is available as part of your mentorship. For those who don't — your clinical work stands on its own. There's no requirement to post.
So you can decide if this is a fit before we talk.
We're hiring case-by-case, and we want to make sure you're the right fit. Here's who tends to thrive here.

Couples is where the demand is, and where consultation matters most. If you want to learn this work from someone who has spent twenty years in it and trained with the field's founder, this is the place to do it.
Who want active mentorship and consultation as part of their professional growth — not as a perk, but as the reason for being here.
Therapists who lead with curiosity rather than rigid formulas.
Not just renting space under a brand.
I've spent 20 years sitting across from people who thought their relationship was too far gone to save. Couples who could barely make eye contact. Partners who were carrying years of unspoken resentment. Individuals who felt like they were doing the work alone.
And time after time, I've watched the smallest, most intentional shifts open doors they thought were permanently shut.
One of my core values is bringing together like-minded practitioners to build community and connection. Over the years, I've supported many clinicians through consultation — helping them work through complex cases, refine their clinical instincts, and stay grounded in why they do this work. Together, we navigate the best care for our clients and for ourselves.
She still sees clients herself — this clinic is built on practice, not theory.
You do your part. We do ours. If what you read here resonates, send us a note. We'll take it from there.
